Debbie's classes for our revolutionary Reform Natural Straightening System, as well as for Zerran's Advanced Professional Services are well-paced, informative, and interactive. When she's not educating or styling, Debbie can usually be found indulging in her love of international cuisine, or spending time with her family.

A lifelong interest in the beauty industry led Kim to a career as a stylist, and a desire to help others succeed in this fast-paced profession led her to become an educator. "I enjoy teaching motivated stylists how to use our Reform System and Advanced Professional Services to provide the absolut highest quality service", says Kim. This proud new mom's informative, in-depth presentations stress quality, innovation, and immediate application in the salon setting.

With more than 30 years experience in the beauty industry as a salon / supply owner, Neil is uniquely qualified to provide key retailing instruction, as well as intensive instruction in professional product knowledge in retail and salon settings. His classes are informative, entertaining and infused with humor that comes from being dad to two teenagers. Zerran has been proud to partner with Neil for more than 10 years in Sales and Marketing.

The newest member of Zerran's Education Team is Nicole, who brings seven years' industry experience to the classroom. "The best service and artistic results begin with a complete understanding of the professional products and tools that we use, says Nicole. She thoroughly enjoys being a stylist and Reiki practitioner, when not spending quality time with her family.
